基于单片机的瓦斯浓度检测报警装置的设计与仿真

摘要:

针对煤矿安全生产实际,本文首先给出了采用单片机的煤矿瓦斯浓度检测报警装置的整体构架,然后对煤矿瓦斯浓度检测报警装置的各个部分硬件进行了详细的设计,给出了煤矿瓦斯浓度检测报警装置的硬件设计电路和软件设计框图,最后使用Proteus软件验证设计内容的正确性和可行性,证明了基于单片机的便携式煤矿瓦斯浓度检测报警装置在煤矿安全生产中具有一定的实际应用价值。

Abstract:

According to the practical coal mine safety production, the paper introduces the overall framework of the coal mine gas detection alarm instrument basing on single chip microcomputer (SCM). Then the paper introduces the detailed design for each part of the hardware of the coal mine gas detection alarm. The paper proposes the design block diagram of hardware circuit and the design block diagram of software program. Finally the paper verifies the correctness and feasibility of the design and content by using proteus software. The simulation proofs that the coal mine gas detection alarm instrument basing on single chip microcomputer (SCM) has application value on the monitor and control system in coal mine safety production.
